Each day will include football fundamental drills covering different positions, followed by flag football games where players can put those new skills to use. Players will receive instruction from experienced, professional coaches, with age appropriate drills in an approximate 10-1 player to coach ratio. Campers will receive a t-shirt, and there will be daily prizes and awards.

Typical Camp Schedule

1st Hour – Speed and Agility Work
2nd Hour – Football Skill Drills and Fundamentals
3rd Hour – Flag Games

The girls high school prep camp series is a set of free girls camps, throughout Orange County, for girls interested in playing flag football in high school. Coaches from the high school league will oversee each camp, and prepare girls for the high school format.
